Karis Fisher

I’m a Master Smith in the American Bladesmith Society, earning my ranking in 2023. I made my first knife alongside my dad at age 10, beginning a passion that has grown into my full-time craft.

Photography became a natural extension of that path. What started with photographing my own knives and my dad’s work developed into a focus on capturing craftsmanship, detail, and the character of each piece.

When I’m not in the shop or behind the camera, I enjoy traveling, hunting, and being outdoors. I also hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University, which strengthened the business side of my work as a maker and photographer.
